- 미용서비스의 코로나19 지각된 위험, 소비가치, 만족, 경제적 혜택 및 재구매의도의 구조적 관계 : 경제적 혜택의 조절효과를 중심으로 -
본 연구에서는 코로나19 지각된 위험, 소비가치, 경제적 혜택, 만족 및 재구매의도의 구조적 관계를 경제적 혜택의 조절효과 중심으로 실증분 석 하고자 하였다. 자료 수집 및 분석방법은 전문 조사기관의 온라인 패널 중 최근 6개월 내 미용실을 방문하여 서비스를 재구매한 경험이 있는 전국 성인들 대상으로 한 온라인 설문 440부와 사전 온라인설문 55부, 총 495부를 사용하여 통계 분석하였다. 각각의 문항은 리커트 5점 척도로 구성되었으며, SPSS 21과 Smart PLS 3.0으로 연구의 모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 코로나19 지각된 위험 요인 중 일상생활 피해인식이 만족과 재구매의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감정적, 상황적, 진귀적 가치 모두 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 만족은 재구매 의도에도 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었고 경제적 혜택도 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음이 입증되었다. 뿐만 아니라 코로나19 지각된 위험 요인인 일상생활 피해인식이 재구매의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 데 있어 경제적 혜택의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 코로나19와 같 은 위기상황에서 대면서비스 경쟁전략 수립을 위한 이론적 근거를 제공할 수 있다는 학문적인 시사점이 있다. 또한 최근 어려운 시기를 겪고 있 는 대면서비스업 중심의 자영업자들에게 경제적 혜택 등을 활용한 효과적인 서비스 전략 수립을 위한 실무적 시사점이 있다.
The Structural Relationships of Perceived Risk Under COVID-19, Consumption Value, Satisfaction, Economic Benefit, and Repurchase Intention of Beauty Services : Focused on Moderating Effect of Economic Benefit
This study examines the structural relationships of Perceived Risk under COVID-19, Consumption Value, Economic Benefit, Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention, focusing on themoderating effect of Economic Benefit. Data collection and analysismethods were conducted using 440 online surveys and preliminary 55 online surveys, a total of 495 surveys, from adults nationwide who have visited a beauty salon and revisited for repurchase of services within the last 6 months, among the online panels of a specialized research institution. And, statistical analysis was performed, based on the former-mentioned surveys. Each survey questionwas composed of a Likert 5-point scale, and themodel and hypothesis of the study were verified with SPSS 21 and Smart PLS 3.0. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the Perceived Risk factors under COVID-19, the damage perception in daily life had a negative (-) effect on satisfaction and Repurchase Intention. emotional, situational, and epistemic values all had a positive (+) effect on Satisfaction, and Satisfaction occurred through these Consumption Values had a positive (+) effect on Repurchase Intention. It has been proven that Economic Benefits also have a positive (+) effect on Repurchase intention. In addition, it was demonstrated that the damage perception in daily life under COVID-19 as one of perceived risk factors had a meaningful moderating effect in negatively affecting repurchase intention. This study has academic implications that can provide a theoretical basis for researches of the competitiveness strategies of face-to-face services. It can also provide practical implications that can establish the effective servicemethods by providing Economic benefits, etc.
