- 학부생 창업 의욕 고취를 위한 액션러닝 팀활동 경험에 대한 탐색 연구 -
학부생 창업은 중요한 현안이다. 이를 위해 다양한 수업방법들이 학부생 창업 의욕 고취를 위해 도입되고 있다. 특히 미래를 예측할 수 없는 오늘날 고등교육기관에서도 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 노력하고 있으며, 대학수업에서도 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 특히 기업에서 요구하는 역량을 강화하는데 적합한 액션러닝 등의 교수방법의 적용이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학부생 창업 의욕 고취를 위한 액션러닝 팀활동 참여 에 대한 대학생들의 주관적인 경험을 탐색하고자 8명의 대학생을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰 내용은 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연 구 방법에 따라 분석하였으며, 23개의 주제, 11개의 주제군, 3개의 범주로 도출되었다. 분석한 결과, ‘낯선 수업 경험에 대한 기대감, 새로운 만 남에 대한 긴장감, 팀활동에 대한 불안감, 버거운 양의 과제와 활동에 대한 부담, 숨겨진 갈등 드러내기, 팀원으로서의 나의 노력, 능동적 관리 자로서 경험, 팀원은 의미 있는 지지자, 자기성찰과 믿음, 타인을 바라보는 관점 변화, 전이와 역량’의 11개의 주제군과 ‘양가적 정서, 과정의 경험, 변화와 성장’의 3개의 범주로 도출되었다. 연구결과를 통해 학부생 창업 의욕 고취를 위한 액션러닝 팀활동 참여 경험에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 돕고 대학수업의 다양한 교수법 적용을 위한 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다. 또한 이러한 핵션러닝 팀활동이 기업의 현안을 해결하기 위 한 학부생 창업기업에 대한 컨설팅에도 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
An Exploratory Study on the Experience of Action Learning Team Activities to Inspire Undergraduate Students’ Motivation to Start a Business
Undergraduate student entrepreneurship is an important issue. To this end, various teaching methods are being introduced to encourage undergraduate students to start a business(Undergraduate Startup). Today's higher education institutions, which cannot predict the future, are trying to be competitive, especially in university classes. In particular, the application of teaching methods such as action learning which was suitable for strengthening the capabilities required by companies is increasing. Therefore, in this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight university students to explore the subjective experiences of university students' participation in action learning team activities in university classes. Interview contents were analyzed according to Colaizzi's phenomenological research method, and were derived into 23 subjects, 11 subject groups, and 3 categories. Analysis results revealed 11 subjective groups and three categories which were 'anticipation of an unfamiliar class experience, the tension over a new encounter, anxiety about team activities, the burden of an overwhelming amount of tasks and activities, revealing hidden conflicts, my efforts as a team member, experience as an active manager, team members as meaningful supporters, self-reflection and belief, a change in one's perspective on others, transfer and competence' and 'ambivalent sentiment, experience of process, change and growth'. From the research results, it was expected to provide in-depth understanding of participating experience of action leaning team activity in university class and to serve as basic data for applying various teaching method in university classes.
